I wanted to reload my credit just now, but then it said ' Sorry. Your line needs to be in active state to perform this action'. I recieved sms earlier that said my sim will be terminated on 15/2/2016. I want to keep using this number, what do i do?

Did you reload using *123*<reload number># command?
