Currently I'm Digi Prepaid User with below details:

Plan: Digi Smart Prepaid P2P
Credit: RM 55.26


When i call *127*1*7# and select (2) Super Long Life, the only service available is:

1. RM1.00 (1hari)


Question? How to extend my expiry date to 365days?

Yes, you can @Cikerol :-)

Kindly ensure you have enough credit balance to see the full option. 365days Super Long Life will be charged at RM68.00 for the Prepaid Best 2016 plan.

The  Digi Store sold me a sim card and loaded this plan Digi Prepaid Best 2016 MNP  but I am not getting Super  Long Life 365 day even though I have credit of RM77. I had specifically asked for Super Long Life  as I am based overseas.


When i call *127*1*7# and select (2) Super Long Life, the only service available is:

1. RM1.00 (1hari)


Question? How to extend my expiry date to 365days?

We regret to inform that effected March 2nd 2017, the monthly and yearly super long life package are not available for the new plan. Smiley Sad However, you may keep your prepaid number by topping up your credit.

i'm currently on digi prepaid best 2016 p2p plan.

but i need sll 365.

i switch from onexox to this plan.

but now it can not signup for sll365 any more.

can someone help me to switch my plan to  digi new best v1 or v2 in order to have sll365.

Being with  DIGI for the past 10 over years and SLL all this while.


Is time for me to leave DIGI as the Best 2016 is not eliglible for SLL anymore and I just knew that I cant reversed back to the old plan.




TRON offering minimum reload of RM10 and eliglible for 365 days validility. 


Lets move over together. TRON is using DIGI line too.

Hi, I am currently on digi prepaid best 2016 plan and the only option to change plan is digi prepaid live p2p. Is  digi prepaid live p2p eligible for super long life plan or not? 


And what is the reason that the super long life plan is removed from the prepaid best plan. We already have to pay way more than other plans and now you just cimpletely remove that option as well.

Digi New Best V1 is no longer available in the market, Ytsejam :-(

The available Prepaid plan now is Prepaid LiVE and Prepaid Best 2016 only.

Hi.. My previous acount was digi best v1. I change to digi best 2016 on january for better saving.. I already asked the costumer service about extended validity and they never mention that there will be no more entended validity after march.. The main problem here is i already bought 2 more prepaid pack for my wife and sister who live abroad. I bought the best prepaid because it offer 1 year extended validity.. So how i must do to make sure their number will not expired?? Why a cheating packages since i myself cannot revert back to my digi best v1

We have reintroduced  Super Long Life for Digi Prepaid Best2016 for limited time offer:


1.RM68 for 180 days validity

2.RM108 for 365 days validity


Both will only be visible if you have sufficient balance in your account.

@Digi_Zemi why it become so expensive. I dont mind to pay RM68 per year buat RM108 per year was  ridiculous unless you don't cut that amount just to make the line alive.  If I reload RM108 and the line will automatically live for one year and I still got my RM 108 it was a fair bargain. If no, it was a capitalist step. I think I shall escalate this Issues to SKMM

hey...it  really stupid to increase the super long llife rate. I really hope digi will consider the price..Rm 50-70 peryear is still acceptable.. 108 and dont even get the half of the payment is tupid. beside the basic just 500mb per month, if the basic is 1gb or 2. its okay. It really crazy ok

@zulkhairie. Agreed with you. When they offer extra Gigabyte they never mention about abolishing and increasing the long live price. They said it will main for RM68 per year. Yes it little bit expensive than Digi Best V1 but its ok

I checked my Digi plan @ MyDigi app, it only show  Digi Best Prepaid (no version), how can I check this sim card is under which plan? FYI, I signup in Mac, 2017.


Can I change to V4? If yes, how to do it?

Hi. i m currently on Digi Prepaid Best  2016.  I would like to confirm with you if i top up to RM110 , the SLL 365days will appear in my account menu to choose from? Another forum said this plan is RM68/year.  Which rate is correct? Please advise.

Please make sure there is at least RM108.01 credit balance in your account, then only you'll be able to see the Super Long Life 1 year validity option to activate. The activation charge is RM108 for Digi Prepaid Best 2016 plan. Thanks.

Yes, esyap. For the Digi New Best V1 plan is still eligible to subscribe to the 365 validity days with only RM38. You can dial *128*1*7*3# to subscribe the Super Long Life Service. TQ

I have  subscribed to super long life for 365 days today with validity till 6Aug 2018. 

Now my credit balance in only RM20 which will not last for 365 days. If I top up my credit with RM30 for 30days now will it affect my SLL vadilty  period for 365days or will change to 30days left only?  I will be grateful if Digi could enlighten  me.  TQ 


P.S. My current plan is Prepaid Best V4.

Hi There, I am on the  Digi Prepaid Best 2016 P2P plan which I signed up in September last year before leaving the country but recently my line went on emergency calls only mode and I stopped receiving messages. I need the service to receive TAC smses and I don't understand what has happened. I had to reload my account with  RM10 to just keep the line active but last week i was charged with fixed charges of 4.00 and 3.50  within  a week and my account is  low in balance again and back to emergency calls status only. I need to know what is happening and do I fix this problem asap.

Hi. I'm using digi super long life v4. I'm at overseas now and I've been trying to renew my super long life for the past few days. It have been deducting money but the expiry date is still the same.  My super long life term will expire in a few days and I have to renew it.  Hope for a reply asap. Tq

Super Long Life service is available for Prepaid Best 2017 (RM 68 for 180 days, RM 108 for 365 days). You can subscribe super long life from *128# >> My Account >> Talktime Services >>Super long Life and please make sure you have the sufficient credit balance to view the options.

you may proceed to subscribe for Super Long Life Service which enables your line to be extended to 365 days of validity. For this particular service will cost you RM108 for the subscription and you may subscribe this by dialling *128*1*7*3#. Please be informed that after subscription, you must have at least RM0.01 in your balance (before subscribe, your credit must have approximately RM108.01 because insufficient credit will be resulting the service does not appear when you dial the mentioned code).
