I wasn't able to go back Malaysia, that's y I need your help to guide purchase the new same plan. Hi...I am using a postpaid 50 plan right now.. can i convert the same number to prepaid super long life prepaid plan rm38 for 365 day plan?
I also have a prepaid supplementary line attach to this 50 plan , can this prepaid supp line also change to super long life rm38 for 365 plan ?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to convert to the Digi Best prepaid v1,v2 or v4 as those plans were no longer offered. You can only convert to the available plan which is the Digi Prepaid Best 2017. The plan is eligible to subscribe the Super Long Life 365 validity days and the charges are RM 108. TQ
I recently received an SMS saying that if I top up any amount I would receive 8RM free credit. I topped up and now have the 8RM free credit which expires in 2 days.
If I buy 30 days SLL for 8RM, will this free 8RM credit be used or will payment be taken from the credit I have put onto my prepaid account ?

My daughter's package is digi new best v1. Why when she tries to access *128*1*7*3# , it says
Your account is not eligible to perform this operation?
Does she have sufficient credit balance?
She has RM5++ and the line is active ie. can make call out.

Hi, my current plan is Digi Prepaid Best 2016. My expiry date is in 17 Jan 2018. How do i extend to 365days?
I reload Rm50, it got extended to Feb2018.
Do i need to change plan? If so which plan? On my change plan menu , i only have 2 options "Digi Prepaid Best 2017 P2P" & "Digi Prepaid Live P2P". Currently i have Rm57 account balance.

Hi jack666, Super Long Life is available for Digi Prepaid Best plan, just make sure you have sufficient credit balance and dial *128*1*7#, then select the option "Super Long Life". The plan that do not have SLL option is Digi Prepaid Live, Digi Smart prepaid, Digi Easy prepaid, etc. Thank you.

Here's my question, if my previous TalktimeExtend validity ends on 01/04/2018, when will my last day to proceed my super long live renewal? Is it on 31March, would my v4 plan be terminated if subscription is made on 01/04/2018?

The line will not be terminated right away. Prepaid numbers have 75 days or 90 days of grace period after credit expiry, depending on the plan type. Beyond this grace period, the number will be terminated.

Yes, karhing. Before subscribe, your credit must have approximately RM38.01 and above because if insufficient credit, will be resulting the service does not appear when you dial the *128*1*7*3# code ya.
