Why I can't buy validity via my online account? The online account can perform all the TopUp, buy subscriptions, but buying validity is missing. Please add this feature to the online account. I need to help my old parent to maintain their Digi numbers, and due to COVID 19, I'm unable to travel back to Malaysia. I have no way to access their numbers. I have been topping up their numbers using Digi online account, but buying validity is missing in the online account. Please consider adding this function to your online account.

Hi LeeWen. Could be that the phone number is not eligible for that Super Long Life 365. PM (inbox) us the phone number for us to check it further.
