On 22/6/2019 at 11.50pm I subscribed to 300mb internet pass for 1 day via *128*3#. I received confirmation SMS and RM1 was deducted from my account. As of this moment I have not switched on data to surf internet yet hence and the 300mb was not consumed.
However at 12.08pm same day, when I switched on the mobile date to surf internet, I received SMS that told me my internet usage has reached RM8 and it was deducted from my prepaid credit. Today I asked the Digi staff at local branch but she did not listen to my situation carefully and insisted I have used up my internet quota (bad customer service at Digi Aeon Bukit Tinggi, by the way), but I have not used any of the data.
Can you guys refund the amount deducted wrongfully from my account? It may be more than RM8 since I also receive another email saying I have used RM3 on internet but I am unsure of the total amount deducted.
