Still NO Response from DiGi for wrong deduction of Internal Usage Charges

I posted this issue on 17 April 2020 and sent a message on 22 pril 2020, as of today still no action from Digi Support.

 

I am a DiGi prepaid user and number is 016-2807762.

 

I turn on my mobile data on 17 April 2020 at 8.10am, then I received an SMS from 2901 at 8.27am telling me that I have used RM3 on Internet and another SMS at 8.28am saying my Internet usage reached RM8!!

 

When I checked my free MCO(8am-6pm) usage, it's still 1GB balance! Can someone please advise on this issue? Thanks.
