Don't buy the digi phone on the Airport. There were 3 stalls from 3 differernt networks and unfortunately, I happened to purchace a digi phone. The person first of all struggled to explain the product and what ever was promised did n't deliver. He gave me a sim and didn't even register it in my name which I figured out later on from the help line. He said that the validity for the plan will be a week and I will be able to make IDD call and all this was a lie. I could only use the internet on it for 2 days. I worked out from the customer services that this number had been activated already for a month and had been deactivated. I am waiting to see what happens for my complaint.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about this bad news. BTW, are you tourist?
I hope DiGi will take action to this bad dealer, this will help to prevent similar case happen again.
I also face similar situation when travelled to third world countries like Vietnam, Turkey, India & Indonesia. But never happen in countries like Japan, France, Ireland, Spain, South Korea & Taiwan.
