Request to switch from digi to other telco failed

I already reply Y for the request to switch but what i get is"Sorry, your request was rejected. CUSTOMER NUMBERS ARE TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED - INVOLUNTARILY Please call 0162211800 for help".

I called the number but it is completely useless.

Digi customer service,pls kindly reply to my request to save your last good impression before i leave digi. Otherwise i will submit my complaint to the MCMC.Thank you
