Request to change the Call Plan

Hi, I cannot use USSD code or MyDigi app to change the call plan.

Please help me to change my Prepaid Best to Prepaid Live.

Change of plan can be done via *128# menu only. Choose My Account >> Call Plan >> Change Plan. Your current validity should not be more than 60 days if you would like to change your plan to Digi Prepaid LiVE.

Hi axelnv. Digi Prepaid NEXT can be changed to either Digi Postpaid or Digi Monthly Prepaid 28 only. Please try again ya.
