I have the same question and could not return to Malaysia at the moment. I am currently in Singapore.
Are there ways for me to replace SIM card for my family members although the main/principal line is under my name?

We are sorry, bibikun. Because of Personal Data Protection Act 2010, SIM replacement is by the registered only at one of our outlets. A representative is not allowed.
