Hi
This morning I try to reload using Digi Website using my friends smartphone..
I choose RM30 and it redirect me to iPay88 website... Then i choose Maybank2u to complete payment.
But after Maybank2u successful & deduct my account RM30, the iPay88 website stuck & not responding.. waiting & waiting.... nothing happen... even the time-out countdown not moving...
Can I Get my RM30 back as I already topup via pin reload??

According to the provided receipt. The amount has reloaded to the requestors number. Please verify and revert with your mobile number if you still do not receive any.

Hi Pisyoo. If you haven't received it, please follow the below :
1-If it was done via your MyDigi app, please PM (inbox) us.
2- If it was done via your bank / other than MyDigi app, please contact your bank / the seller for further assistance because the reload should be coming from them, not Digi.
