Reload and Expiry of Credit

Hi

I would greatly appreciate comments on this:

I own a mobile number from DIgi but currently it has no credit. It is still valid.

I would like to reload prepaid amount of say, RM 10 to 30. However, I would like to know for how long this credit will last when I top up. Depending on how long the credit would last, I will decide how much to top up.

I found the section on Digi website on reloading, but struggle to find information on the expiry date of each reload amount.

How do I check the expiry date of the credit before my purchase? I don't want to proceed to pay only to find out that the credit expires in one week !

Thank you

Hi hubert, you can check  expiry date by key in *126#  .You'll get 1 day validity day for every RM1 reloads (for reloads of RM5 to RM50)  but for  reloads of RM100  you'll have extra validity day (RM100 for 120 days) from the date of reload made.

so far, i had only reload for rm30 on my own prepaid card.. and the free credit rm3 is valid for 3 days only.. as i'm subcribing to rm1 unlimited data with 3mbps speedcap plan, the first 3 days will deduct this rm3 credit first .. on the fourth day onward, just then deduct my account's balance..

if u r subsribing any data plan, for example, rm28 free youtube n fb.. digi will take yr credit rn3+rm25 of ur account balance to buy the data plan..

i dun dare to try rm50 reload with free credit rm5.. if those rm5 free credit is having 5 days, then i will reload rm50 every time.. but, have to be verify first..

any1 who have the experince pls share..
