Hey DiGi Customer Care,
Yesterday I saw this showing inside my myDiGi App : RM10 Free Internet (RM)
I tried to buy Internet Add-On RM10 but it been re-directed to "top-up" credit page (because my credit balance is below RM10). Why I can't use this Free Internet credit to buy?
Please explain how to utilitize this "Free Internet" ?
PS: Currently I have active Monthly Plan - Combo RM38

Hey support, my Free Internet will expire in less than 5 hours... Very bad still no respond even though posted almost 2 days ago!
