when i online buy reload, it is saying error in digi website but my cimb bank there said digi online store accepted but no reload in my account.
I've been reload prepaid from your digi website. Payment was credited from my account but the balance haven't renew yet. Reference: phone number -010 208 1768 . Amount RM 53 ( including GST)
Hopefully your team can fix my problem as soon as possible.
