Prepaid reload problem

Saya nak topup meggunakan pin no tetapi bila dah tekan diall  button, katanye voucher already used. tapi takde pakai lagi pun. boleh tolong check kan betul ke voucher tu dah dipakai?

Belum gune lagi... Bila reload dia tulis "Reload coupon number is already in use ..please try another coupon number.thank you"

Hi. Saya ada reload rm15 tadi melalui online banking tapi sampai sekarang belum masuk lagi. Ini nombor saya 0169705908

Hi Jimgendili. Kalau masih tak dapat, ikuti langkah-langkah di bawah :

 

1-Kalau beli melalui aplikasi MyDigi = PM (inbox) kami dan berikan nombor transaksi pembelian yang keluar dalam aplikasi MyDigi.
2-Kalau beli terus melalui akaun / app bank atau selain dari aplikasi MyDigi = hubungi bank / penjual tersebut untuk bantuan sebab kredit sepatutnya datang terus dari mereka, bukan Digi.
