Prepaid reload Problem

I have reloaded RM30 using internet banking through MyDigi website to my phone. The transaction was successful at 6.52am and the reload summary pops out but it's not updated in my Digi app, no confirmation email sent either.  But my money has been deducted.  Order number 210929046251926.

 

Tried  again using RM5, same method and same thing happen again but manage to save order  number 210929046253435. Now I can't use phone data . Please solve  this ASAP.

Same here. After reload but the service still inactive. Another problem is I can't receive any call.
