I am not able to find any link for itemised billing in the Mydigi app, or in the Digi website. Please kindly advise where I could download my itemised billing statement.

Thank you for your feedback, sklai82. At the moment, the itemized details checking are not available at MyDigi for prepaid. Alternatively, you may log in to the MyDigi app and follow the below steps to request the transaction details. Click on Menu > Support > Accounts & Billings > What Issue Are You Facing? - Bill Request. Please put a remark for which date and the type of transaction that you are required at the "Enquiry" section. We will respond to your request accordingly. For more info, you may refer to the link given. https://bit.ly/2YGW9hA. *The RM10.00 fee is for a Postpaid account requesting a copy of the monthly bill only. TQ.

This is insane, why should things get worse instead of better????!!
We have always been able in the old mydigi page to see all our hystory of calls, why this should be dismissed now, we would like to know what it the smart logic behind this choice?
Simple....make all prepaid customers QUIT
