I've been getting a lot of sms telling me that I have reached RM2 daily usage, and upon checking my credit balance it seems to have been deducted even though I did not make any call or sent any sms to anyone during the day. I am subscribed to monthly internet plan (biGBonus 40 (9GB + FREE 90GB) and I still have data quota active. I can't check the itemized usage from the Digi OCS because it's somehow has been removed, or I just couldn't find it. Now I am frustated because I am unable to find out what or who is stealing my credit, it's happened more than 3 times now, and I noticed it started happening in December 2019. Maybe someone here can help me out with this? Thanks.

So after a few weeks still no reply from the support team whatsoever?
I guess the easy thing to do is just switch to another carrier, thanks a bunch, DiGi!
I'm done having my money stolen for nothing, with no explanation or any sort.
