Prepaid Add-Ons

Hello to all of you,

I just changed my postpaid plan into the new prepaid plan which is Prepaid Next. As i'm browsing the add-ons section there is several plan that is interesting like the " Unlimited Social + 3GB Internet Cili Padi" And the "40GB+Unlimited Calls Unlimited Voice" 

My question is, 

1. Can I subscribe to both plan ?
2. If yes, will the speed be affected?
