I had purchased a new sim card from Malaysia from my friend and I had activated the card on 12th February. When I tried to reload it around April. It tells me I unable to do so and the card is unavailable. As I had been busy recently, I only contacted the live chat today via my brother account (which is this one) as I unable to even log in to my MyDigi account. As I unable to check why my card is terminated prematurely, I am desperately seeking for assistant on how and what should I do to retrieve my number back. The customer service officer that I spoke with is rude and unable to help me.
