Hello digi support, I have the same problem, my request to change from Digi to Hotlink was rejected even though I replied to the SMS. I then contacted customer service from maxis to resubmit my request again. I received the confirmation SMS again and replied with Y. Now it tells me my request is not successful again. How many times you want me to resubmit my request, can't you just confirm directly and port me out? Hope to hear from you soon.
