I also facing this same problem.
DiGi asks me to ask my new telco to resubmit the MNP request again.
however, due to delay in MNP, i have to pay money to DiGi by topping up my account again, to make sure that my account is active during these few days in order to MNP.
they are smart. don't you think so?
lets report to SKMM http://aduan.skmm.gov.my if you have replied the SMS, but DiGi claimed that no SMS validation received.
if SKMM received many complain, perhaps DiGi will change their attitude
