Port out problematic

I really need assistance here to port out. Has been unsuccessful and chat with support in MyDigi app is not helping.

i aint digi staff, but if anything, there are a couple of things you need to take care of:

have no outstanding bills on your sim

you're not tied to any contract from your provider, in this case, Digi

you're not blacklisted from any provider if you want to port out to another postpaid provider

you are the owner of the sim number, if it's someone else, you need the original owner's IC

This is not my first time porting out....Just making it a hassle and troublesome to port out. The  prepaid a/c is still active and sufficient  balance  left .
