If it shows a 'SIM blocked' error, you are required to change a new sim card with the same mobile number ya. There'll be a fee of RM10 for the SIM card replacement ya. For more info on Digi Store, you may visit http://new.digi.com.my/support/digi-store. Don't forget to bring your original IC. TQ.
