Hello, I want to port out from digi to unifi mobile pospaid but it was not successful. Call to the digi centre, they ask me to resubmit my application to unifi. I resubmit the application to unifi and they told me they will resubmit my application with the procedure:

1. You will received sms validation from current Telco.
2. Reply the sms within time frame.
3. The process will take within 1-2 days.

But, I waited more than 2 days already (submitted 21/10/2021). Do help me with this. Thank you.
