Ok.. kalau kali ni still rejected.. xtau la nak kata apa.. banyak sangat yg complaint benda sama tentang port out rejected tanpa sebab yg munasabah.. kalau still bmasalah juga, aduan ke mcmc je jawaban dia.. tq

Tolong la digi. Adalah hak pengguna untuk memilih telco mana pengguna nak. Ni dah 4 kali attempts submit application untuk port out. Banyak betul alasan. Dituduh pulak saya tidak jawab validation messages dan nombor tidak aktif. Sedangkan 24jam sy masih guna number ni. Dah submit complaint ke skmm. Still the same. Bengap sangat system digi ni. Call customer service pun sama jak. Staf tu suruh pulak jangan balas Y tapi Yes. Dah soalan kau hantar tu Y or N je. Bodoh nyaa. Yang lain pula suruh tunggu je dah tak tau nak buat apa. Baik jangan kerja la.

I want to port out from digi. Already received the confirmation/validation message and replied "Y" but then my request got rejected by an SMS saying "Sorry, your request was rejected. One or more phone lines did not reply to our SMS Validation. Please call 0162211800 for help"

I got same problem, i got rejected at first then the second try they said “request not succesful”
