PORTING OUT FROM DIGI

HI THERE DIGI

 

I AM ROYAL WITH DIGI I GUESS SINCE 2006. IT IS ALMOST 16 YEAR. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED TO DIGI SERVICE. THERE IS NO SPECIAL REWARD OR ANYTHING. THE PREPAID PLAN ALSO VERY EXPENSIVE COMPARE TO OTHER TELCO.

 

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME TO TRY PORTING OUT FROM DIGI, FIRST TIME TRY UNSUCCESSFUL. 

 

I GOT MESSAGE FROM DIGI ASKING ME TO CONFIRM TO LEAVE DIGI, I REPLY "Y"

 

THEN DIGI SAID ALREADY RECEIVED YOUR CONFIRMATION TO LEAVE DIGI.

 

THEN 14 HOUR LATER I HAVE RECEIVE MESSAGE FROM DIGI SAY "REQUEST WAS REJECTED"

 

WHEN I CALL DIGI, THEY TOLD CALL CELCOM TO RESUBMIT.

 

THEN I CALL CELCOM TELL PROBLEM COME FROM DIGI SIDE BECAUSE I ALREADY REPLY CONFIRMATION.

 

IT IS DIGI HOLDING ME? DELAY FROM CHANGING TO OTHER TELCO?

Hi. I want to port ot from digi for my number But i got message "Sorry, your request was rejected. CUSTOMER NUMBERS ARE TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED. sy dah call digi helpline tapi tak dapat apa sy nak. pls help me
