Hello Digi. I would like to report my internet connection issues. My data is unlimited. But the signal bar is low when it shown 4G and also the line will change to H+ frequently. The coverage of my place is pretty good before but don't know why it suddenly become poor. I had reported this issues for 3 days continuous through My Digi app. But even they told I will be contact in 2 business days, I didn't get any reply. I really hope my problems will be fix immediately and the customer service will improve. Thank you.
