I have purchased a new prepaid sim online on June 30. I Have been in quarantine hotel these 2 weeks and till today my last day here, I have not received the card. What shall I do as I cannot cancel the purchase and I cannot change the delivery address. Evey time I track the delivery, it is still in progress. It is now over 1 week . Please urgently advice. I do not live in Kuala Lumpur and when I check out tomorrow, I am gone back to my hometown.
