Online Prepaid Reload Problem

I reloaded RM30 on digi's website by online banking, and as my account was charged with RM30, the page proceeded to iPay88 but stuck at the "processing, please wait.." page. Until now it's still stuck there and not redirecting. I checked my balance and the RM30 reload hasn't been added. What should I do?
