I'm currently with DIGI Prepaid Best 2017 P2P, I wanted to extend my validity for super long life via *128# menu >> Talktime Services >> Super Long Life, but it is not successful, it said that "my account is not eligible", may I know what happened? What is the solution? Thank you

Let us check on the account status first but before that may we know if the Digi number registered to your own name? (Yes/No).
If yes, kindly provide us with the phone number, your full name & the last 4-digit of your IC number for verification, please?

Hi xaraassociate, Super Long Life is only available for selected prepaid plans. You can subscribe to super long life from *128# >> My Account >> Talktime Services >>Super long Life. Or via MyDigi App > Reload > Validity.
