Not able to use Buddyz service. (Digi Smart Plan)

I've just purchased the new Digi Smart Prepaid Plan and all the features are good but one thing is I'm not able to use the Buddyz Service. I've entered my friend numbers into it but it said is unavailable for a moment. Please fix this ASAP.
