No option for Video Freedom

Im currently subscribed to monthly 5GB, unlimited social /RM28

However, i cant find the option to purchase rm5/day or rm2/hr video freedom via *116#..quota top up etc.. Only 3 packages available..no video freedom as per attachment.

This option was available to me previously when i was subscribed to another monthly plan though. It was 3gb/rm30. Bought video freedom almost daily.

So..why isn't the video freedom available for me now after i upgraded to another subscription?
