Last night (11/4/2018) at 8.11pm, I have topped up my phone number with RM50 by using mydigi apps. Bank already sent confirmation that it has deducted RM 50 from my bank but still have not reflected within my digi account. I have tried to call the digi hotline but no one answering. I am really dissappointed and frustrated. can you please help me??????
Please i need that RM50 within my DIGI account cause i need my internet!!!!!

Hi BRAX1985. If you still haven't receive it, please follow the below instructions:
For transaction via your bank account / app directly = pls call your bank as the amount of reload should come directly from them.
For transaction via your MyDigi app, and then you chose your bank = pls PM us.
