@Ckiid96, No registration has been made so far for that number. Please revisit the same shop where you bought it from. Ask them to register it immediately. Once registered, you may try to call any number, listen to the instructions on how to activate your number. Thank you.

Saya bru beli sim kad best prepaid 2 hari lpas..smpai skrg blum register..nk pegi blik kdai tu jauh..boleh tlong check x 0164720674

@ismawadins Di manakah anda beli SIM 164720674?  Berhampir dengan lokasi anda?  Kemungkinan maklumat pendaftaran anda tidak lengkap.

Maaf saya ad beli Digi prepaid best sudah didaftarkn tp masih belum aktif. Dealer ckp dlm masa sejam sudah aktif.skrg dah lebih 10 jam masih belum aktif. No saya 0165138978.

Hi. I just bought Digi best prepaid yesterday. Today I made the First Call Activation. However it said that the prepaid is offline. What should I do regarding this matter?

Saya nak tanya kenapa sim card digi saya belum aktif lagi , sedangkan masa beli 15 minit aktif , ini sudah 3 hari belum aktif .. Ini nombor telefon saya 0143263923 , tolong lihat sama ada nombor saya sudah di register atau belum

Nombor ini belum didaftarkan lagi, Rusdiana.


Proses pendaftaran akan dilakukan dalam tempoh 24jam dan kami akan sentiasa cuba untuk mempercepatkannya. Jika sudah lebih dari tempoh ini, kami mohon anda bawa semua dokumen dan sim pack yang diberikan ke outlet yang sama untuk semakan semula jika terdapat gangguan untuk pendaftaran sebelum ini.
