Sim card digi sy rosak. Blh x nk buat sim card baru tpi sy nk guna no lama lg.. ni no sy yg rosak tu 01133402418

Hi Nazreenbkf, anda boleh dapatkan penggantian SIM kad di cawangan Digi Store yang berhampiran, cas adalah RM 10.00 sekeping dan anda boleh kekalkan nombor telefon yang sama. Lokasi cawangan Digi boleh didapati di http://new.digi.com.my/support/digi-store

Dah 4hari beli simkad baru tapi still x aktif lagi.nak pergi ke kedai tu semula jauh.ada sesiapa blh tolong aktifkan simkad saya?

You can also get your PUK number from MyDigi app.
Otherwise please contact Digi customer service for assistance to retrieve your PUK.
Kindly note that maximum attempts for PUK is 10 times.

Saya dah beli simkad dari petang tadi pukul 5.40 camtu , kenapa tak active lagi ya??
