Tracy2, If the issue still persists now, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.

Our investigation findings on your case will be published under Case Status / My Reports on MyDigi within 2 - 5 working days from the report submitted. Sorry for any inconvenience caused

Kenapa line Digi sangat lembab padahal saya ounya line 4g LTE apa sudah jadi kepada DIGI service. Nk edit video guna capcut pun lembab nak buka shopee pun lembab.

Hi AFIQ17, Kami mohon maaf atas kesulitan yang dialami. :-( Adakah pengguna Digi yang lain mengalami masalah yang sama di kawasan tersebut? Kalau ya, sila isi butiran yang diperlukan dalam MyDigi App > Menu > Support > Network Coverage. Laporan anda akan diusulkan ke bahagian yang terlibat untuk siasatan lanjut. Hasil siasatan kes anda akan dikemaskinikan di bawah 'Status Kes' di MyDigi. TQ

Lingling86, have u tried to reboot ur device and recheck on the connection back? If the issue still persists now, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.
