Calling CS just to report my problem and boom another problem appear
Still need last 4 last digit id to continue to talk to cs
Where do i find this 4 LAST DIGIT ID..My last 4 digit number? Not even close? Last 4 digit IC?
Dont you think this make user more unsatisfied with the service?

That would be the last 4 digit of your NRIC.
These procedure are in place to enhance security in your favour.

I have changed celcom network into digi network 2 days ago. and now my celcom is no line.
i have put simcard digi, waiting in this 6 hours still no line & cant used.
Plz give me feedback ASAP.

Hi Manan54, are you having the same issue when you called to our helpline 0162211800 ask for the 4-digits ID? If yes, you just need to enter the last 4 digit of your NRIC before transfer to our friendly consultant.
