DiGi saya telah membuat henti langganan internet tapi bila saya semak semula di Mydigi langganan tersebut masih dipaparkan , berkali- kali saya cuba tetapi masih sama ! ,saya tak nak duit saya ditolak lagi sedangkan langganan tersebut sudah saya hentikan

Saya telah melanggan biGBonus 10 dan kredit telah ditolak dan digi mengatakan seperti yang dinyatakan.RM 10.00(tidak termasuk GST) telah ditolak untuk langganan biGBonus 10 (1.5GB + FREE 7GB) -7d anda. Saya ni dah la masih sekolah kena pulak **bleep**hope dari digi saya bersusah cari duit simpan duit

Hi along2. Pakej tu tidak mempunyai pembaharuan secara automatik. Ia akan terbatal secara automatik selepas 24 jam.

Saya telah membuat pembayaran untuk melanggan internet !!!! Dan masih tidak aktif walaupun kredit saya telah pun ditolak sebanyak RM 30.00 !!! Untuk beli package Unlimited Instagram , Facebook , Twitter dan 5gb sebulan . PLEASE SOLVE THIS DIGI .

From your SMS screenshot, the internet add-on has been deactivated. Deactivating add-on will void its data quota immediately. Did you perform the deactivation?

Macam mane nak aktifkan balik internet selepas dapat mesej dari digi internet telah dinyahaktif..
