This is unacceptable. we pay for the 4g internet service but the performance is very slow, and it happens for many days until today.

I think I found the problem, I disable the auto renew but my internet service get unsubscribe. Can digi pls recover my internet service?

Hi , do bare in mind , by saying a sorry doesnt mean that we as a consumer can forget this problem. What about next time you can do a little rebate for those who facing the slow internet issues.
