Incoming call for expired prepaid plan

I have a line under "Digi Prepaid Best 2017" plan expired on 5th June and not able to receive incoming call since then. Is this the correct behaviour? It's been the same for past few reloads, ie not able to receive incoming call once credit expires.  I thought there will be 75 days of grace periods for me to reload before line gets terminated? Thanks.
