I cannot reload trough my digi apps or online bank

everytime i tried to reload through mydigi apps, it keeps saying

"Reload Payment failed Customer with the dguard_id not found"

as for direct bank reload, it will give error, can anyone assist with this? im almost out of data

Hello, Im having the same problem where i cant reload using mydigi apps. All option i chose will end up with Reload Payment failed Customer with the dguard_id not found " error message.

I can't reload my digi wallet..It said that "Reload not successful. Customer with dguard_id not found" . What should I do?
