I cannot reload trough my digi apps or online bank [ Edited ]

everytime i tried to reload through mydigi apps, it keeps saying

"Reload Payment failed Customer with the dguard_id not found"

as for direct bank reload, it will give error, can anyone assist with this? im almost out of data
