i have received a message saying that i have DigiRewards that offers me RM28 for 2GB+2GB(1am-7am) instead of RM38(usual price).
The problem is my previous data plan which already expired yesterday was UNSUBSCRIBED by me at the same day.
Today i received that DigiRewards' message asking me to *116*1*12*1# to subscribe it and the PROBLEM is from 1pm until now 4.37pm YET I STILL UNABLE TO PURCHASE IT!
I already restart my phone and keep trying to dial *116#, *116*1#,*116*1*12#,*116*1*12*1# and so on. Still, it pop out saying that the service is not availble now.
Does your company know how much i need internet service for this time being?
Hope that you can solve this problem for me soon.
