I'm overseas and I received SMS on 19/01 morning that my number will be suspended the next day 20/01 so i tried to reload online immediately upon reading that SMS on 19/01 itself but wasn't able to do so due to number not active. It wasn't even 20/01 yet!
I called your hotline but was told "oh sorry we can't help you gotta email us or walk-in to a digi centre" and was assured a human response within 24 hrs. So that was what i did and I have also provided an alternate number in case they need to call me (cos 016 suspended they also can't reach me anyway). I refresh my inbox and check junk folder every now and then, but nope, 36 hrs now still no response.
Summary: Called hotline can't help, emailed no response, twitter no response, live chat always error.
Hi @Farel. You can reactivate it via your MyDigi account. Once logged in, click on Accounts & Plans. After that, click on Settings and choose Suspend My Line. Slide to your left to reactivate your account. Thank you

Hi luccy. If you are unable to log in to MyDigi and there is no signal shown, it is likely that the account is terminated. We are sorry to inform you that there is no way to retrieve and reactivate a Prepaid account once it has been terminated. Thank you.
Hi, is my number 01133530534 terminated? I remember my last topup was around end of April, So what happened to my phone? it shows no service after i come back from overseas.

Hi Phangcm. The account is terminated. You could try to get it registered under postpaid plan in 5 days from the termination date. Unfortunately, we cannot promise you that the number can be recovered. You may seek for the manager in charge at Digi Store to check on the availability. Hi, I received a message saying that my digi line will be suspended on 7 September 2020 even though I top up every month so I went to the digi store trying to solve this problem but the staff told me to call 0162211800 instead. So I called but the line was busy. Now my line has been suspended. I try to reactivate using the digi app but it says error. I'm hoping that someone can help me to solve this problem. My phone number is 0146216068 and the ref code I received is C000018015.
