Help to port out...Customer Numbers Are Temporarily Disconnected AGAIN!

Customer Numbers Are Temporarily Disconnected, Digi rejected my MNP/port out AGAIN, twice!

 

I called Digi hotline few times,  the customer service said my line is still active. 

 

Please help me to port out, thanks.
