Hi, I am a biGBonus28 user and have been DiGi user for more than 3 month that entitle me for a complimentary "Free Internet 2GB" monthly. My enquiry are why did DiGi consume my complimentary "Free Internet 2GB" data even during my "biGBonus FREE 1GB (1-7pm)" period? Thank You in advance..

Thank You, I have commmunicated with DiGi helpdesk thru e-mail and they verifed that the complimentary (Free Internet 2GB) Data is in High Priority hence data consumption will be consumed from these complimentary Data given prior to 1gb (1-7pm biGBonus) data
There is nothing that customer can do for now, but i do suggested them to gave priority based on time frame since (1-7pm biGBonus) is on shorter side 6Hrs, while (Free Internet 2GB) is on 30Days time frame. Hope DiGi will consider on these suggestion.
