Suhaizam121, the Free Credit can be used for voice calls (excluding Premium calls to 1051, 1800,1300), SMS, MMS, IDD and Internet except for Talktime Extend, Talktime Transfer, International TalktimeTransfer, Digi Direct Billing (purchases from Google Play, App Store, Apple Music, iTunes etc), roaming services and renewal charges. Joyfaiz767, are u referring to the free MyDigi Rewards credit? 

For ur kind info, the free credits received can only be used to purchase rewards under ur MyDigi Rewards tab

It can't be used for calls or data add on purchases etc.

However it not 100% free you must spend your money first to get that a free thing ...hope that will help
