I just figured out my prepaid credit got deducted by the same service provider today, there is no sms confirmation prior to the deduction.
May i know how did you get the issue resolved? Refunded by DiGi or Tryitgame 0376211027?

Hi there', I encoutered same issue whereby without my knowledge my a/c being deducted 3 times so far. With the most recent occured on 17/10. This irritate me as I'd reported and reuqest to DiGi support to BLOCK/TERMINATE the subscription early of this month.
Seriusly DiGi should review, or even consider to terminate the partnership with this so call "3rd party" provider as this is utterly nonsense for thier subscribers to waste thier time to try to reach out to differnet parties and figure out what went wrong as there's no record of "subscription" to the so call "premium service".
I'm at the point of considering reporting the case to MCMC, and to terminate my a/c if this nonsene continues.

I have also just found out my prepaid has been charged RM1 on 16/Oct by this "tryitgame" without my knowledge.
On that day, my mobile was turned off and I have not received any SMS as I was at oversea. This is clearly unauathorized charge by this provider.
I have contacted DiGi LiveChat CS for help but the response is underwhelming and not helpful (CS officer insists I have to contact the provider to 'deactivate' the service) . I have not even heard of the service until today and I have been asked to deactivate it? DiGi should be the one deactivate it for me and ban this provider.

It's best if you could contact this CP to ask for refund.
What I did was by sending them an email, highlight about this issue and showing them the proof of the credit deductions for this service. They actually responded quite fast, and credit was refunded. (They preformed reload back into your account). After that, they will blacklist your number from their system.

I'm having this "Tryitgame 0376211027" issue recently. Only found out this is the reason my credit lost unreasonably for past months. Can anyone please tell me what should I do to get refund for this? Thanks in advance.
