Double charges on my DiGi RM28 Subscription

Hey  DiGi Customer Care,

 

Good day! I have subscribed DiGi RM28 Prepaid Plan, DiGi app has deducted RM46 from my DiGi Balance, Free Credits and Reward Credits.

 

Before the Subscription

 

DiGi Balance RM101

Free Credits RM10

Reward Credits RM10 x2 = 20

 

After the Subscription

 

 DiGi Balance RM83

Free Credits RM0

Reward Credits RM2

Total deduction is RM46 (not RM28). RM18 from my DiGi Balance and RM28 from Free Credits + Reward Credits.

 

FYI, I've bought Reward Credits (RM7.99 for RM10) on 14/01 and 21/01 (two times) and I've received the Free Credits on 19/01  (because I've top up RM100 via DiGi App).

 

I strongly believe your software has serious bugs, how comes it deducted two times?  By right you should deduct from Free Credits + Reward Credits alone (since total amount is RM30, more than my subscription plan cost).

After one week, the problem still unsolved by DiGi & no DiGi staff contact me to resolve the problem. Very dissapointed after been DiGi loyal customer for so many years!

 

How can DiGi blame their user for the loophole/ software bug at their side?

 

Really dissapointed!
